I have worked in both urban and rural settings providing outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, family therapy and stabilization services to people across the lifespan. For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of working with people in the Boston, MA and the Finger Lakes region and Ithaca, NY areas.

I am honored to work with you and assist in identifying your strengths, developing healthy coping strategies, exploring your preferred ways of being and building healthier relationships.

I worked in the metro Boston, MA area providing home-based individual and family therapy and supervision services with a non-profit named the Home for Little Wanderers Safe-at-Home program.

In 2013 I returned to the Ithaca, NY area and continued my practice providing outpatient individual and family therapy with Family & Children’s Services of Ithaca initially, and later with Tioga County Department of Mental Health.

I worked with students at Ithaca College, providing crisis intervention and stabilization services as Case Manager through their Student Affairs & Campus Life.

I currently work as Assistant Professor with SUNY Binghamton University’s Department of Social Work.

These opportunities have provided me with incredible experiences, and instilled a fluidity and versatility in my practice. I have always been curious about intersecting identities and how cultures shape and inform us.

I am committed to social justice, which deeply impacts my approach and how I think about mental health.
